Recharge Process

To recharge your mobile number:
  1. Log in to your QuickRecharge account
  2. Enter your mobile number
  3. Select your operator and recharge amount
  4. Choose your preferred payment method
  5. Confirm the payment to complete the recharge
The recharge will be processed instantly, and you'll receive a confirmation SMS.

Most recharges are processed instantly. However, in rare cases, it might take up to 15 minutes. If you don't receive your recharge within this time, please contact our customer support.

Yes, you can schedule recurring recharges through our Auto-Recharge feature. Simply set up the recharge amount, frequency (monthly/weekly), and payment method, and we'll automatically process the recharge for you.

Yes, it's completely safe. We use industry-standard encryption and don't store your actual card details. Instead, we use tokenization through our secure payment gateway to protect your information.

If your recharge fails, any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. You can check the status of your refund in the transaction history section of your account.

Account & Security

To reset your password:
  1. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for the password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
The link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.
